Kapzlokk is a 31 year old Dj/Producer Born and Raised in north Texas.

In 2008 kapz had begun his musical journey by learning how to dj on vinyl turntables in a classmate’s bedroom, while playing random birthday parties and teen clubs around the “DFW’  area.  

After getting bored of just djing and looking for a new challenge Kapz attended The Art Institute of Dallas, for live sound, and audio production.

Kapz eventually made  a name for himself in the DFW after hours scene playing at hotspots like Lizard Lounge, PH, insomnia, while Also branching out into the surrounding states.

after a few years of solid traveling almost nonstop with a few fellow local djs kapzlokk finally landed his first major accomplishment of his music career by securing a dj spot on mtv for the Real World Las Vegas’ finale episode, with the winner at the Boiler Room in Deep Ellum.

After taking a few years to focus on his own production kapzlokk also got his first major release on all major platforms with a single , called  “Ninroot'“ kapzlokk conjured up with fellow producer will Scarlett
